@FireWorx - yes I fixed it. I think you need to reinstall LiveCode from scratch but after installing Xcode 5.0.2 It seems that LiveCode is 'sensitive' to the version of Xcode you are using. I'm having the same problem. But I'm using LiveCode 6.5.0 (3009) on machine running OS X 10.9
