Hi Mitch - I thought you got this working? The Unknown deployment platform message generally occurs when there is no simulator selected from the "Development"---->"Test Target" menu and this occurs due to adding a new Xcode version, with the previous simulators no longer being present. That did it....

Yosemite here, 6.6.4 rc1.

In preferences, Mobile support is greyed out, so I have no way to point to XCode. Then in Development, Test target is greyed out as well.

Please help.

I've downloaded 6.6.4 to OS X Yosemite GM. LC still does not recognize Xcode 6. Options are still grayed out. In the release notes, it is indicated 6.6.4 supports Xcode 6 on only OS X 10.9 Mavericks. My concern is to find a description of existing properties for a particular control. But I guess I will have to figure that out from the inspector. In the Dictionary you can choose the object type from the left-hand pane and then sort the results by the Type field to find properties for that object...
