An update:

I reinstalled Indy and it seems to be working.

I am still getting the (previously mentioned in another forum post) strange behavior with the "Interactive Welcome" tutorials/lessons, but at least it's installed.

Still can't get the Community version to uninstall though.

A funny story: Went to install LiveCode and accidentally downloaded Community rather than Indy. Realized my mistake and tried to uninstall. Got the following message: 2020-05-16 (1).png And then, I figured, well let me install Indy. Then this is what happened: 2020-05-16 (2).png Any ideas?

Well, that's another funny thing.

I can't seem to get the Community versions to uninstall either.

You can see I click the FF icon to move things along, but I never get the other tips to tell me what I am supposed to be doing in each step.

It's very strange, right?

And I think I remember a program like that. Maybe it was a website back in the early 2000s.

That's a fairly new behavior. The typical is that the tool tips just never show up, or have a big delay.

I am gonna upload something now to show that behavior. Will post in a bit.

LiveCode is basically my first foray into any kind of programming.
