Thanks for the reply and nice to see you too. Apologies about the double post - I had to re-register because I was having problems with logging in etc.

Great to hear that there may be a solution to the problem - I'll have a look into it and give it a whirl.

Hi Folks,

I recently tried to use an Arduino microcontroller linked to Livecode via an interface I made a few years ago but when I run the stack it freezes. If I run it in RunRev 4 it works fine. The code for the stack is baased on a stack distributed on the Trozware site (SerialTest). Any ideas ...

I have an old RunRev 4.0 stack that controls an arduino board but for some reason it doesn't work in Livecode (Mac).
