Thanks for the kind response Klaus. I guess my experience with PHP on other hosts in the past have clouded things for me since it was trivial to go from a static page to a dynamic page over time by sprinkling a little PHP around. Beware...I hit the Enter key to uninstall on the Windows platform, rebooted and the contents of Add/Remove Programs was corrupted.

I have suffered this issue this evening. I ran the uninstall from Add/Remove Programs and encountered the lack of the "next" button.
