Try this :
Add a new stack.
Add a button with the following code:

Code: Select all

on mouseUp
   launch "explorer.exe shell:Appsfolder\Microsoft.MoCamera_cw5n1h2txyewy!Microsoft.Camera"
end mouseUp
It works for me.
