Figured it out.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Revolution Media 4.0.0\Installation Data
Run "Uninstaller.exe" as Administrator.
Make sure that Revolution is not running or the uninstaller will hang.
Revolution will uninstall.
There's still a bug -- why can't the Uninstaller ask for sufficient ...
