Re: Ugly font and invisible mouse pointer (LiveCode 6)

So far, the only tips that works for me is to go into my home directory and in the "preferences" folder within the "."runrev" folder, I have to remove the file called livecode.rev before lunching LC. This fix the invisible pointer but sadly it has no effect on the ugly font.

Re: Ugly font and invisible mouse pointer (LiveCode 6)

Hi, I encounter exactly the same issue on my box which run Debian Wheezy (7) 64-bit. My initial post about this is here http://forums.runrev.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=15165 which I tagged as "DUPLICATE" to follow the thread here. I have tried all the above tips, however none of them works for me! Reg...

Re: LC unusable on debian wheezy

@richmond62 Thank you for your answers and your efforts to help me. FYI, LC works like a charm on Debian 6 64-bit. Re: [Solved] How to uninstall LiveCode on Debian 7 (Wheezy)?

LC comes with a tool for removing it cleanly. If you have it installed for all users in the default location, that is to say "/opt/runrev", then go into "livecodecommunity-X.X.X" and launch "./.setup.x86" which will uninstall LC. It will remove all files in the "/opt/runrev/livecodecommunity-X.X.X" ...

[DUPLICATE] LC unusable on debian wheezy

Dear All, This is my first post, I'm new on this forum and I am very new to LC as well. I have successfully installed LC 6.0.0 on Debian Squeeze where it behave as expected and was fully usable. However I have since upgraded to Debian Wheezy and to LC 6.0.1 and things are now worse! Although LC is s...
