Hi - I'm having an issue where the video player object works fine in the Livecode preview, but doesn't work at all in the resulting standalone Mac OS X app. It just shows a thumbnail, but won't play or resize the video player properly, even though this behavior is fine in the preview. Even when I use a file picker at run-time to choose the video for the player, it won't load it (so I know it's not a file path issue).

Anyone else know what's going on here? I'm running Livecode 6.5.1 on Mac OS 10.9.5

2. Hmm, hard to say from afar.
So setting the fielname of your player object causes "nada"?
Any further info you could give us?
