magnifying Glass effect

I used to create a magnifying glass draggable graphic in Director that gave the sensation of magnifying the underlaying graphics or text picture.
have anyone done something similar using Revolution?

I noticed there was an example stack of magnifying glass from the browser search Web database with in 2.7 browser; So Smart software has a tutorial stack on this subject.
