@ Jacque & Mark - I think that is why most installers offer you the choice of having the icon placed heh.
@ Mark specifically - how dare you assume you know better than any random software maker how many icons should be on your desktop, whether you should have a toolbar added to your browser, whether your preferences should be honored, etc etc etc. You will just have to get with the program young man !

Frankly, I'm still shocked I didn't notice it automatically getting put there hah hah
