HTML5: Chrome doesn't display widgets?

LC 9.0.0-dp9 generated HTML5 standalones (MacOS 10.13).

Panos you are right, it works. Sorry, I was fooled by the auto updater of both Chrome and Chrome Canary who reported "Google Chrome is up to date" with a rather old version (MacOS 10.13).
I learn how important it is to use and test with the *latest* version of the main browsers.
