More Sample Stacks weirdness - unable to upload previously deleted content

Hi all,
I'm not on good terms with Sample Stacks in version 10 DP2 it seems...
I had uploaded a utility stack to copy/clone data grids but realised there was an issue with the code - as i didn't have time to fix it right then, i deleted this off Sample Stacks to ensure it didn't cause problems should anyone download it, with the intention of re-uploading after fixing the issue, which i now have done.
Unfortunately it now seems that if i try and upload the fixed version it fails with a status message 'This stack has already been uploaded to revOnline' and instead of uploading, it shows me some random stack. Obviously if i search for this supposedly uploaded stack, nothing shows up (as i deleted it using the stack function...)
Changing either the stack name, file name or both makes no difference; saving as a new stack and trying again makes no difference. Restarting LC makes no difference either.
This is most certainly incorrect behaviour - but not sure if it's just me, or if its just 10 DP2 or affects earlier versions as well...
Can anyone replicate this?
Many thanks
Stam
