Looking for someone to build a database

Hello there,

Am a new to LIVE CODE and when reading about it it seems perfect solution for me as I am going to build an application which will uses this database content. This database will be enormous with text volume, and no images, no video So maybe MySQL or PostgreSQL would suit it.

This project is very important to me as this is going to work like a the best thing ever, So before I let someone do this database I have to make sure that this project goes into the right hands as I can't afford to let this project down at any stage until it is finished.

I am not sure if this up to an application that if it is offline it can still use data from database, I think that it is possible but I will find out later on...
