Does this stack have sub-stacks?

Stack is here: http://archers.net.au/DatabaseTest.zip (75 KB). I'd like to know if the substacks are present (there are three).
We're currently having a problem connecting to a sql 2005 express database (the bit we can't get around is a revdberr,[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Connection is busy with results for another command.). This is described in a previous topic http://forums.runrev.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=11178 BTW the crashing appears due to a column with a couple of big row entries.
Runrev support is having a look at it for us. Or rather, they would be, but when I send a simple test stack (above) they tell me it's missing the required sub-stacks. (Happened twice now, let's hope it's three times a charm).
Can someone have a look an reassure me the sub-stacks are present (link at very top). (Bangkok, if you read this, I thought of you as you did offer earlier, but couldn't find contact details).
Anyway,
At least then I'll know the problem is not my end.
Cheers
Steve
