Database Changes in 4.5

Hi guys,
Long time no chat : )
I am coming back to update a Rev based product after a year or so of doing other things and find that the database interface appears to have had significant changes.
My license provides for Rev (LiveCode) Enterprise edition up to V4.5.3
I have two databases on a server. One is PostgreSQL and the other Oracle 11g
I can connect to the PostgreSQL database with no problem but the Oracle connection fails. It returns the "revdberr, invalid database type" error.
I have checked the database drivers and I do have the dboracle.dll and the reference in the Database Drivers.txt file has not been modified.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh, Windows 7 is the OS
Regards
John
