Hi,
My knowledge on HTML is limited, I need your help for this.
I have an application which was developed a decay back or something. Its a kind of ticketing tool and has a limited support.
I would like to develop some GUI representations for the report I use, like how many tickets are nearing to breach SLA time and I have many thoughts around this.
The limitation I have here is I can not develop some straight forward GUI report and ask the developer to plug these into the system as this system is very old and has very limited support and I can not expect that.
Can I develop some wrapper kind of GUI reports which runs on my original reports shown in the browser and display them graphically?
