External for Flic bluetooth button

I really don't understand LC Builder so I am looking for a Swift,C++ programmer that can build an external, in order to connect LiveCode with this bluetooth button (www.flic.io). For iOS and Android.

For an experienced programmer should be no big deal, but for testing purpose you need to have one of those hardware buttons (like I do).
Unless we can manage debugging using TeamViewer.
