Looking for web developer with LC knowledge

I've built a beta App that needs a web site for uploading and downloading files (called "templates").

I've got domain, host and downloadable Beta App: https://www.flowreminder.it/en/
As of yet, I am uploading and downloading from the App to DropBox (just a test on how the web upload/download could work).
See attachment for a general description of the web site. Could eventually evolve, in the future, into an e-commerce web site.
I need an estimate in order to ask for financing.

For Windows, it normally uses : C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Android\sdk
(replace UserName as corresponds, AppData may also be a hidden folder)
