How to create a custom menu available in all of my stack ?

Hello,

I would like to create a "special personal tools" menu - containing some of my development commands and shortcuts - available in all of my stacks (not for standalone of course).

With HyperCard, I had to modify the menu of the "Home" stack but I don't know how to do with Revolution Studio.

The goal is not to make some Revolution script's hacks but to have a single stack where to put all my customizations.
