LC IDE Menu Shortcuts - Update

Just a heads up for anybody that has downloaded and is using the plug-in LC Menu Shortcuts from the LiveCode Share (or Sample Stacks in LC).

There is a revised version available now, updates are:
Updated to work better with LC 9.0.0(dpX).
Added more shortcuts including some for the Development menu.
Added an Auto Apply option (Hold the shift key down to disable this on launch).
Added an 'Active' indicator.
Squashed a couple of bugs.
