Hi.
Never heard of a TIX clock before. I am sure it was fun to build in LC. No desktop version that could sit in a corner somewhere? Why not colors?
On another note, is it quick and easy to read when there are larger numbers of lighted squares? The difference between, say, 16:35 and 17:46?
I guess if it is purely for fun, then it does not matter.
And what were you doing up at 03:44?

This is interesting. How to download?
I watched a couple of videos on the internet so I am somewhat familiar with it.
Just curious.

Hi j9v6,
way cool!

If you'd like to add a german localisation, too, just drop a line!
Best
Klaus

Taking some screenshots, I guess.

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your interest. What platform were you thinking of for the desktop version? macOS, Windows, Linux? With macOS you can download and install iOS apps and run them on the desktop if you’re running Apple silicon.
And as for colours, I’m going through my monochromatic phase at the moment (oooh get me!). Maybe I’ll update it to allow you to choose colours in a future release.
I’m not sure if TiX format is supposed to be easy to read. It’s probably more of a geeky conversation starter. I’ve included a ‘Learning mode’ which displays the time in normal digits under the TiX display to help.
And 03:44 was actually PM (the half filled circle icon switches sides for am & pm) but the icon is appropriately vague I do agree

Hi Klaus,
Absolutely! I was planning on German and Spanish localisation in upcoming updates, so if you’re happy to send me the German text that would be cool
Thanks,
Al.
