Is it possible, yet, to create externals for iOS?

Is there a separate SDK or documents?

I need to do certain things on iPad for disabled persons.

The current version (and first official release, coming up) for iOS does not support externals. However adding support for these is a top priority and will be available in a new version within the next few weeks.
