Data Grids and Windows 8 Native Touch Scrolling

Hello,

Is there some way a Data Grid to be made to use the Windows 8 Native scroller or otherwise behave like a momentum touch scroller? The only info I've found on native scrolling has been either mobile or iOS/Android specific. (also for some reason, momentum scrolling works fine with the OSX trackpad and I have no idea why or how to replicate it)

I've seen this done before by Scott Rossi but I think he removed it quite a few months back. It's all very very complicated.
