Database query builder

hi,
I made a stack use a database Mysql.I don't know what i do wrong , but now it is impossible to add a new query in database builder.
1 I have one query and when i want copy this query nothing do.
2 all field and buttom are disable
3 after some clik one the button "add a query..." have got a new query and when i select this one, revolution block and a error message flashing on my screem...
4 in apllication browser , i have several query group
