libJson and libHash-Hmac

I've updated libHash-Hmac to 2.3 - it now includes three crc functions: crc-32, crc-16, and crc-ccitt.

Also, imed-edition (crazy name, crazy guy :-) has found problems with diacritc chars in libJson, and gave me solutions (thanks!), so libJson is updated to 1.0.4b.
