New: External accessory framework external added to mergExt

A new external has just been added to the mergExt suite. This one (mergAccessory) allows you to connect to, read from and write to external accessories such as bluetooth devices that are part of the Made For iPhone (MFi) program. There's an example stack showing how to print to the BlueBamboo p25i mini bluetooth printer.

I've also just uploaded a minor bugfix release of mergPop.
