Hiring a LiveCode programmer

Hello,
I'm not sure I am in the right place, but I will start here. I have been building an IDE program fro the last three years. I want to step up to LiveCode across Windows, Mac, Linux, IOS and Android. I can forward you my existing program for a pricing outline. The program is fairly simplistic and I am open to other ways to frame the program.
