Hi everyone,
I’m running into a strange issue when deploying my LiveCode app to iOS. The app builds and runs perfectly on the iOS Simulator, but when I try to install it on a physical device, the build fails with a generic “installation error” and no detailed message. I’ve already checked my certificates, provisioning profiles, and bundle identifiers — everything seems valid.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where deployment works on the simulator but consistently fails on real devices? What specific settings or files should I double-check in LiveCode to pinpoint the problem?
iOS build works on simulator but fails on device — why?

HI @annasm have you checked if the iPhone has being setup as a Developer Device in the Apple configuration?
Simon
