iCloud and Local Notifications

Does anyone know of any third party plugins or Externals to handle iCloud Data push/pull and local notifications.
LC has indicated that neither is supported directly, although they have indicated to me that local alerts are on the feature list.

With no direct availability, I need to add these features to my apps asap, (with no time availability to explore the externals SDK)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Commercial or otherwise.
