icon no shine?

how do I specify disable shine, i.e. specify this setting in the respective plist file?

In Standalone Application Settings, under iOS, uncheck "Prerendered Icon."

I tried that but it still got the shine effect by apple, at least that was what happened but maybe I put the setting wrong again after 50 rounds with certificates, will try again next time, thanks.
