Data Grid Helper Plugin. Colored Pick-Wheel?

I would like to provide color selection from within the modal pick-wheel. Much like this example from anthers IOS app. (see attached)

I see a tutorial lesson to change the color of a column in a data grid and another lesson on using the Data Grid Helper Plugin to assign a pick-wheel to a data grid. Would it be possible to include the color on the pick-wheel using DGHP?

Anyone have any experience building a color pick-wheel. The idea is to provide the user with a spinning choice of color preferences to assign to objects in his user environment.
