iOS Templates

Post by alanhalley » Sun Mar 03, 2013 2:15 pm

I'd like to try LiveCode to build a simple iPhone or iPad app as a learning exercise. I've watched the six intro videos and am ready to start a project, but I'm wondering if one of the iOS templates would give me a head start on getting an app running quickly. Or maybe MobGUI would help me? Any recommendations?

Thanks.

MobGUI is abandonware - and doesn't support iPhone 5. I wouldn't use it. Not sure what templates your are referring to?

Hi Alan,
If you are talking about sample iOS apps then look here:
http://lessons.runrev.com/m/4069
There are also samples in the Help menu item.
For LC beginners Klaus always says here:
http://runrev.com/developers/lessons-an ... nferences/ (but it's not iOS).
