iTunes Connect submit error -.-

And again...
I submitted my first App to Apple a few days ago and it was rejected, because it doesn't use enough iPhone-functions.
Ok, so I've updated the features and now I want to resubmit it and now I'm getting a very confusing error from the Application Loader.
Even if I try to resubmit the old App-version (without enough features), which I already submitted, I'm getting this error now too.
I can't understand that, because at least the old version should be resubmitted, because this already works.
So I tried it with LiveCode 6.0 and 6.0.1 (both Apps) and nothing works. Still the same error.
Did I anything wrong or did Apple changed something, what LiveCode needs to update?
And for sure: I didn't used any special API or something like that and again, the old version was already submitted, but this also no longer works.
