SO I've recently installed the LiveCode community version, and when I open the standalone settings, I can't use the iOS option. It doesn't have a green check next to it. I understand I need some sort of SDK, but am unsure where to get it/how to install it. I am on windows 7.

Hi fusarolabs,
1. welcome to the forum!
2. I'm afraid you need in fact a Mac to develop for iOS!
Not to develop in Livecode and to "compile" but you need a Mac and XCode*
to supply the neccessary Apple profiles and stuff to your app and to transfer
and test the apps on the simulator or real iOS devices.

And you need to be a member of the Apple iOS developer programme** to be able
to use your app on (even and only your own) iOS device.
** Which is another 99,- US $/year.
