Have you noticed that since a few days ago (Nov 2013) when you hit the button TEST the App takes to much time to load on iOS simultator (more than 40 seconds vs 5 o 6 previously).

It does seem to take a little while longer, but for me, 'nowhere near' 40 seconds you speak of
I'm using OSX 10.9, xCode 5.0, liveCode 6.1.2, 6.1.3 (rc 2), 6.5 (rc 2) on a macBook...

Yes, a lot slower here since the latest upgrades to xCode, Mavericks and iOS 7. 40 seconds in not uncommon.

I see the same thing, but I'm not yet on OS X Mavericks, so I'd guess that's not the cause.

Colleagues

The latest version of Xcode 5.0.2 "Fixes occasional hangs in iOS Simulator during app install..." and having installed and tested this does seem to be quicker than the previous version. :)

TIP: We have found our workflow improves by having the simulator running before launching LiveCode.

Hope this is helpful.

Interesting. I've just tried Livecode v6.1.3 and this, too, seems to have improved the speed for the simulator. And I'm still on Xcode v5.0.1

Which just makes it a bit more confusing!
