Adding Devices to IOS Team Provisioning Profile

I successfully navigated through the process of obtaining the development cert Provisioning profile and App ID stuff and was able to connect my iPhone 4s to the Mac and load my App in development onto it.
that all works great.
When I try to connect my iPhone 5 (my wife's phone) things don't quite work as well. I was able to add her phone to xcode devices but there are no Provisioning profiles associated with this phone.
I can't figure out how to associate her phone to the profile.
Am I missing something easy?

Hi Tom,
Many people have this problem. After adding a device, you need to refresh all provisioning profiles. If that doesn't work, you may need to download the certificates and profile files from your Apple developers account and re-install them manually (see Apple's website for instructions).

Mark, Thanks but I don't see how to refresh the profiles.

Tom,
That should be at the bottom of the Organizer window of XCode.

I think I got it now. I needed to Add (+) the profile.
Now I'm working on the App ID.

I'll check back if I can't get it.

The other day I was trying to add a new iPhone devise to the list in Xcode and it wasn't working. So I went to the apple developer provisioning profile site and low and behold their was the devise name with a blank check off box next to it. I checked the box and may have re-downloaded the prove profile( i can't remember) When I went back to the Xcode organizer and plugged the devise in the plus feature at the bottom of the screen was no longer disabled and I was able to add the devise. I think I then had to use the pull down menu top right side of the organizer to select the profile from a folder on my hard disk where I download them too from the apple developer site. You would think Apple the company that makes things so easy for users would make things a little easier for us developers but naaaah.
