Hi,

I have one app installed on some ipads, until here no problem. The installation was made using Testflightapp distribution. Now since the changes on testflightapp I start using AirLaunch. With AirLaunch I copied into a dropbox folder the files to update the app into the devices. Again, no problem, all is fine and easy.
But, now I have two new devices that never was used. Even I get "app can't be downloaded". From the HyperActive Troubleshooting guide..

The app was compiled with an invalid or expired provisioning certificate
-> The certificate was renew this february and updated into the Apple Portal.

The device ID was not entered in the developer portal on Apple's web site
-> Both devide ID are included into the Apple Portal.

New devices were added in the developer portal but the profile was not refreshed in XCode
-> I opened XCode and refresh it.
The provisioning profile changed but the app was not recompiled with the new profile
-> I assigned the new profile into the app and saved again.

What's wrong? I need help.

Salut,
Josep M

Can you install the app using XCode? If not, XCode may give you the reason for the error.

Hi,

I don't have physically the devices :(
The certificate was renewed on February, maybe i related to the new certificate?
Also I tryed send the app with testfairy.com service, very similar to the old testflightapp service. I upload the .IPA and I see the new UID devices but can't install it.
Maybe is necesary install the testflightapp app into the devices?

I'm blocked.

Thought?
