Could not find Developer Disk Image

I've been getting a yellow triangle on my xcode screen with the "Could not find Developer Disk Image" caption.
Everything seems to work ok but I'm curious and I'm sure this will cause problems down the road.
Help Anyone?

Edit.
I found out that this stems from iOS and xcode versions not completely compatible. I'll live with ii a while.
