libURLDownloadToFile request timed out

Hi All,
I need to download a .zip file (160 Mo) from a server to documents folder (iOS 11.3.4, LC 8.1.6, xCode 8.3.3 for compilation and xCode 9.2 for transfert. I use an external not upgraded for LC 9)
Still one month ago it worked fine. First time i get it.
I now got a message "request timed out" which stop libURLDownloadToFile on the middle.
Is there a way to avoid this ?

Edit: I got "zip error" on OS X
Edit 2: Download with Safari works fine
