iOS and externals

HI all!
I am a developer for the disabled and using LiveCode (LC) with an experienced LC 'coder'. We need to do several things that I cannot find documented. I'm wondering if someone could take a moment to let me know if these functions would be internal to LC/iOS (I have purchased both), or would require an "external"?
And if/when externals will be available to develop for iOS (I have an experienced Obj-C coder also).
1) Record into the iPad through built-in microphone and save as MP3 (or any format) for later playback.
2) Receive text input from a Bluetooth keyboard
3) Unzip files and put them in specific places
4) Display a Photos browser
5) Display a JPEG browser from my own folders
