Create a custom slider?

I need to create a slider that varies from 1 to any number above 10. Basically, I want the user to be able to slide the slider anywhere from 0 to 1.5 million and the EndNumber depends on the users point in the game. Obviously, it doesn't need to be incremented by 1 at that point.
