Testing By Multiple Users

Post by Brittgriscom » Mon Apr 25, 2011 3:25 pm

I want my client to be able to help me test his app on his ipad. I have one professional license. Is there a way to do that without having to buy a second license?

Also, I just upgraded to the professional license, but I'm still having the personal license screen show up when I open the app on my ipad. How do I let my software know that I've upgraded?

If you can compile for your device, then you should also be able to do so for up to 100 others under the Apple dev program. Its a little long winded if you dont have the device to hand, but possible.

Ive heard quite good reports of a tool at https://testflightapp.com/ which is supposed to make deploying betas quite a bit easier, ive not looked into it but its getting good reports.

I use testflight. It's excellent. Makes managing a small team of testers a breeze, from distribution to tracking feedback.

Testflight looks great.

How do I let my livecode software know I've upgraded?
