Graphic Effects break PDF printing

At least in LC 5.0.1. Attempting to Print to PDF with any graphic effect applied to an object in the area to be printed results in a blank PDF and causes the app to quit. As a workaround, either make such objects invisible or remove all graphic effects prior to printing to a PDF.

Thanks to John from MobGUI (indispensable IMO) for finding this bug.

This bug persists in 5.0.2.
