Hi everyone,
for the ones who own a Mac and need an alternative for Vector Graphic apps,
a new tool has been launched: Affinity Designer (App Store value 40$ till Oct 9).
I am very impressed, maybe check their website first:https://affinity.serif.com/
Also a free app for Mac do deal with Vector Graphic is Inkscape :http://www.inkscape.org
And another app for image processing is Pixelmator (App Store value 30$)
website here: http://www.pixelmator.com/

Catalin

Inkscape is cross-platform: Mac, Windows, Linux.
Re: Vector Graphic apps on OSx
These days I tend to look for apps that work both on the Mac as well as the iPad. I find for anything other than development or heavy lifting I tend to use my iPad.
In this vein I have started using iDraw from Indeeo http://www.indeeo.com as I can play with ideas on the ipad and then develop them on my Mac.
In the same vein I use Omni Outliner to manage my task and idea management for projects as it too allows me to work from either platform.
