LiveCode Developer for hire?

I have posted an RFP for LiveCode app development on Freelancer, Upwork and PPH. I think the app requirement is not so complex - a simple offline quiz player. I have not had a single LC developer respond. Is this the forum for finding an LC developer for hire? If not, can someone point me in the right direction.
