Code Signing Certificates

I have certificates from Apple as part of their developer program, but can anyone recommend anywhere to get certs for Windows apps?

I remember having to give details of address and phone etc, but I was a company at the time with a dedicated phone line, now I am a single person with a home phone. Can I still get a certificate to code sign and from where???
