Just unsubscribe via the 'unsubscribe' thing at the foot of a notification in your email client.

Or train your email client to recognise those notifications as junk mail.

If you are trying to unsubscribe from the Forum's digest then following Richmond's suggestion to click on the

You can change or delete your subscription from the forum’s User Control Panel.

link at the bottom of the email. Or log into the forum and then click on your username at the top of the window to get a dropdown menu containing 'User Control Panel'

From there you can select the digest tab to manage the digest subscription.
