Request for Subcontractors for Multimedia Exhibits

Hello,
I'm looking to subcontract the creation of several interactive exhibit for a museum-type facility.
For the first exhibit, basically we would like a "souped-up" 3D version of the following lock simulator:
** Can't post URLS... it is on the site camdenlock*dot*net in the folder lock and the document name is lock.html
The app can be designed for any platform using any development tools at this time, but we would require the developer to secure the app for running unattended with a focus on locking out non-app features of the platform's operating system and providing the ability to remotely monitor the health of the running app.
The second exhibit is more advanced. We would like to set a system to capture and distribute chroma-keyed videos of exhibit visitors. The visitors would approach the booth and stand in front of a greenscreen and press a button. The system would begin to playback an introductory video segment which would be followed by the image of the visitor keyed over another video segment in realtime. The visitors would be able to view the playback in real-time as it is recorded (with audio from a microphone). They visitors may also be presented with a timed telepromtped script that scrolls on a traditional mirrored teleprompter assembly in front of the camera lens. The visitor then accesses a touschreen terminal where they can choose a distribution method of the final video (i.e. print a URL on a slip of paper, post a link to a social media site, receive a link to the final video by email). The system may require an adminstrator's web portal where videos can be accepted/rejected to prevent the distribution of unacceptable content on the client's site.
If you think you might be interested in either of these projects, let me know. If you think you know someone who might fit the bill, please pass along this message to them. Thanks!
