really deploy to xyz?

I apologize in advance because I know this has been answered, just can't find it. If I am developing on a Windows box, can my app be deployed to iOS and Mac? I was under the impression Apple required you be on their box to be able to compile and create an app for their systems. I started a trial 7 months ago, but schedule limited my use and it expired. Before I look at this (and Titanium) I wanted clarification on the "deployt o iOS/Mac" before I went any further.

Dear soulice,
Thank you for your request.
Yes, it is possible to build for Mac based desktops from within Windows but unfortunately not iOS.
You will however be able to script an iOS application on a windows machine and then transfer it to a Mac for building.
Kind Regards,
Neil Roger

Dear soulice,
Yes, you would have to have LiveCode installed on a Mac in order to build for iOS.
Kind Regards,
Neil Roger

To clarify, this isn't a LiveCode requirement, but an Apple one: iOS apps need to be signed with XCode, which Apple only makes for OS X.
